California Sport Betting
California as a state does not support any form of sport betting in the state. Throughout the state there is no sportbooks, for under the existing law, penal code 337 states that any involvement with a sports betting (participating in, operating or keeping books) is punishable by imprisonment in either state prison or country jail up to one year and fine of up to $5000.
