A publication on PGCB website stated that AGS entered into a purchase agreement with InBet Gaming Inc. – a certified gaming related service provider- which allow the former to own some of the intellectual properties of the latter and the agreement led to AGS doing business with some casinos in Pennsylvania when it did not have right to do so at the time.

For anybody or organisations to conduct a gambling business in the state the Gaming Control Board must be notified, proper paper work must be done and the board must approvals such business, none of which AGS do.
