Ms Jane Scaccetti, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Penn National Incorporation.
The announcement which was posted on the Penn National Gaming Incorporation’s website states that the appointment is subject to the approval of necessary regulatory bodies and it is effective immediately.
The company statement says that with the appointment of Ms Jane Scaccetti, the number of the Board members swell to eight, six of whom were satisfied by the listing new Rules of the NASDAQ Stock Market.
Ms Jane is also to serve as Chair of the Board of Audit Committee, a role she will assumes from Mr John Jacquenu who remains on Board of the Audit Committee.
Ms Jane Scaccetti is a founding partner and CEO of Druker & Scaccetti, a Philadelphia base tax planning and strategy company. She is a practicing Certified Public Accountant.
Before founding Druker & Scaccetti, she worked at Laventhol & Howath from 1977 to 1990, where she became the first woman to be named Tax Partner at Philadelphia International Firm in 1987. She had serve on Board of Directors at The Pep Boys since 2003.
Ms Jane is also on Board of Mathematical Policy Research and Temple University Health System. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountant.
