Every residents of Massachusetts have all reasons to be happy this time around because the state on June 24th 2015 declared open it first ever casino and entertainment center: Plainridge Park Casino at Plainville.
The opening of $250 million Penn National Gaming’s entertainment and gaming facility mark the beginning of the state liberation from years of embargo on casino operation and that means the state residences will not have to travel to Las Vegas and some other state with casinos properties to play casino game.
Apart from the 106,000 sq. ft racing and gaming facilities, other facilities at the Plainridge Park Casino, Plainville are 1250 slot machines, video poker and virtual table games all these on 44,000 sq. ft gaming floor.
There are also simulcast racing, live music, upscale casual dinning and premiere guests service.
It would be recalled that on 28th of February 2014 was when Penn National Gaming was awarded the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ single slots-only gaming license after a fierce competition and rigorous interview with the state gaming authorities.
The ground breaking of the facility was perform on March 14th, 2014.
