Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) has acquired 100% shareholding of Ultramedia sp. z.o.o of Poland.
The company was bought over with the aim to create a legal platform for expanding group activities in Poland. Ultramedia s.p z.o.o provides diagnosis and repair of computer storage media.
As at the time it was been acquired, Ultramedia has a share capital of €50,000 and has recently been passive.
The parties involved in the transaction, however declined to disclose the price .
The publication about the deal which was made available on the OEG official website stated that, ”the transaction was not considered to be transaction with related parties (in meaning of the rule and regulation of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange) and it does not have a material effect on the economic activities of the OEG group.
