Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board yesterday slammed a fine of $50,000 on Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC – operator of Sands Casino Resort, Bethlehem, Northampton.
The fine was as a result of Sands Bethworks failure to to prevent underage – person younger than 21 years old – front gaining entrance onto Sands Casino Resort gaming floor on four occasions .

The fine as approved by the Pennsylvania Gambling Board was to punish Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC for:
1. Allowing a 19 years old male onto gaming floor, where he wagered at slot machine and consume alcohol.
2. Letting a 20 years old female gaining entrance onto gaming floor and wagered at slot machine.
3. Allowing two males age 19 and 20 onto gaming floor and wagered on slot machine.
4. Allowing 20 years old male onto gaming floor and wagered on slot machine.

The fine was upheld at the public meeting of consent agreement between the PGCB Office of Enforcement Counsel and Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC
